OUTSIDE & THE POOL
AL FRESCO LIFE AT THE VILLA SUNNAI RESOLVES AROUND A BIG SHADED TERRACE IN SMOOTH CONCRETE THAT RUNS THE ENTIRE FAÇADE OF THE HOUSE. ACCESSED FROM THE HOUSE LIVING AREA AND MASTER BEDROOM.
This dreamy sea-view space includes a lounge area with plenty of comfily cushioned seating, a dining table convivially encircled by beautiful chairs.
The big sea-view terrace also offers an outside kitchen corner, with modern barbeque, cooking corner, ice-machine and wine fridge.
A few steps from here is the lovely turquoise blue pool, where you may soak up the sun, take refreshing dips and gaze out at the garden and the panoramas. The pool is made with natural sand and pebbles, has a gentle slope on the shore that feels like being at the beach and it is perfectly integrated into the physiognomy of the garden.

The idyllic garden leads directly to the small beach, in a reserved and quiete bay, facing the beautiful view of the Tavolara island.
Here you will find a large wood deck solarium, shadowed by olive tree. In a stunning position there is an antique Indian gazebo to relax, completely isolated and immersed in the green vegetation of the garden, refreshed by the sea breeze also during the hottest days.
